Set off from Great Harbour headed for Jost van Dyke Island for the birthday adventure.
We wanted to moor in Great Harbour (there’s lots of Great Harbours scattered throughout the BVIs) but so many boats already there – so ugh we attempted anchoring 3 times with no success!! We must refine our anchoring technique along the way. Off next door to White Harbour to test our anchoring skills once again – success YAY until neighbour suggested we could be a bit close and water gets a bit swirly – OK we moved forward – bugger another couple of try’s before success. The rest of the day spent swimming, snorkelling in clear blue water and a few evening drinkies
