A few of costs we had forgotten, well not quite forgotten but overlooked, fuel costs, marina costs and checkin checkout costs. Caribbean Islands aren’t all the same. Historically they’ve changed hands several times so something that can easily be missed is the need to officially checkin and checkout out of each territory.

The idea of having a few stops at a marina is quite appealing but again an additional cost that can be shared by the crew.
Provisioning is influenced by how long between good provisioning stops, how many people are on board and, I guess, what we want on the menu.
