This time in 5weeks we’ll be on Orion! Boat inventory should be done, or close to it, provisioning done for our first 7 days or so and tomorrow we should be leaving for Jost van Dyke – and so the adventure will begin.
After a solid blogging start we’ve somewhat dropped the ball for various reasons .
You really should not be too hard on yourself when you fall behind – there’s always tomorrow to restart !
Our passage planning continues – we really are trying to think of everything on this trip given it’s time frame and distance of sailing – 700 nautical miles (1=1 1.8kms) but it is surprising how things just pop into your brain – this week – what’s the radio frequencies in this part of the world?
The last time Anthony was in this part of the world for a 2 week sail he realises they were so ill prepared but I guess this time it’s 5 weeks sailing with other people and we’re in charge. It’s a good thing to be a perfectionist !
