We’re all refreshed after that mammoth day yesterday so much so that Mick and Barb went hunting and gathering for escargot (the pastry kind)- we are in the French half of St Maarten after all. Hunting successfull so brekkie was escargot and pain au chocolat – yuuuummm
A day of rest pretty much – off to the boat shop, market stalls, supermarket, an amazing Turkish place and chatted to school kids. Everyone is so friendly and love Australians – they just can’t believe how far we’ve travelled. Topped off the day with the arrival of 2 new crew members – Bernadette and Jacinta – both looking a bit weary after their journey but super happy to be here.
Tomorrow we’re off to St Barths……..
